  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. Ship the item back to us within 10 days of approval.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or defective items.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 10 days with photos of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.
  • Digital downloads.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
